What is required to start a pilot evaluation with EngenX?
A standard pilot typically requires connection to a single representative machine or process stream. Our team will assist in setting up a secure read-only broker connection (such as OPC UA or a database sync), enabling the AI engine to build a baseline historical twin in less than 7 days.
How is data security handled during telemetry sync?
Security is our highest priority. All data streams sync via outbound-only encrypted TCP sockets (TLS 1.3), meaning we never require inbound ports to be opened on firewalls at your facility. Additionally, EngenX fully supports on-premise local deployments for facilities that restrict cloud data transfer.
Are there developer APIs for custom integrations?
Yes. EngenX exposes highly detailed REST and GraphQL APIs for all telemetry index streams, predictive scores, and alerts, allowing your IT teams to build custom dashboards or trigger automated workorders inside standard CMMS/ERP tools.
